Activity: 'Sing a song'

 

To introduce ‘The Three Little Pigs’ story, we are going to use the song about ‘Big Bad Wolf’. First of all, we will sing the whole song all together 2-3 times. Later, we will divide the class into two or three groups. Each group will sing a verse and when they end, the other group will start their verse.

 

Who's afraid of the big bad wolf

The big bad wolf, the big bad wolf

Who's afraid of the big bad wolf

Tra la la la la

Long ago there were three pigs

Little handsome piggy wigs

For the big, bad the very big, very bad wolf

They did not give three figs

 

 

Activity: 'Playing with puppets!'

 

This activity will be done with the puppets of the story. Those will interact with students by the next way:

• ‘Follow the Puppet´s instructions’: In this activity, the puppet will dictate some instructions, which students will follow.

• ‘What is the puppet thinking about’?: Students have to discover what is the puppet thinking about. Puppet will say some tips, helping students to guess the answer.
